Your chosen apartment is 30.6 m2 in size and consists of a spacious kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The spacious kitchen-living room has a sofa and TV table, and a kitchen table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette includes cooking equipment, including a cooking top, oven, fridge. In addition the washing machine is also in the kitchen. The separated bedroom has a comfortable 160x200cm bed and a spacious closet. There is, of course floor heating in the bathroom.
We have made the utility bill system simple and transparent. The fixed base fee for utility costs is 70 € / month. Only the fee for your heating, individual water and electricity consumption is added to the base fee for fixed utility costs.
Upon concluding the contract the following must be paid: this month's rent until the last day of the month, the deposit in the amount of one month's rent and a contract fee of 150€.
