Studio Friends is designed for people who want to share a studio with a friend or acquaintance.
This studio has two separate beds, two closets and two tables so that several people can study or work at the same time.

Live like a hotel, but feel like home!

Pets are also welcome at Scandium, but please consider paying a double deposit on the first payment.
A fully furnished and ready-to-use, modern, comfortable studio is waiting for the resident!
Entrance to Magma is coded for each resident, so you don't have to worry about keys!

The monthly rent is 499 EUR + fixed utilities are 89 EUR per month (actually consumed water+electricity is added), which includes, among other things:
laundry rooms on each floor, where you can do laundry at any time you choose without prior reservation.
According to your wish, you can use the Magma maja 24/7 gym, lounge, play table tennis, organize movie or board game evenings with your neighbors in the lounge, without booking in advance.
study, work or make video calls in the reading room because there is wifi in the common area on the 2nd floor!
If you don't want to spend time in the common areas, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers in front of the house or play volleyball with a friend!

Scandium Living's partner for renting without a deposit is CasaPay, which, if desired, supports more flexible renting in Scandium houses,
therefore, it is not necessary to pay us a deposit to rent the studio!
Casapay gives you the option to get insurance coverage by paying 2.4% per month of the rental amount or pay to get insurance coverage
deposit in full to Casapay.

The location of Magma House is right between all the major parts of the city, but if you also need to travel by bicycle, you can comfortably store it in our bicycle house, with a charging station for electric scooters.
