In the Järve 40 house, fixed basic utility costs must be paid together with the rent at the beginning of each month.
Basic utility costs include fixed costs related to the use of the apartment and the operation of the building, which include fees for general electricity, water and sewerage, heating, garbage collection and other utilities, as well as monthly administrative, maintenance, emergency, repair fees, etc. to the building manager (incl. land tax, building insurance, use of security services).
