Below are the most common services (prices include 24% VAT) and their estimated costs. The exact price depends on the scope of work and the condition of the apartment.
Wall repairs and full wall repainting (corner to corner):
up to 2 meters: from €135
up to 4 meters: from €170
up to 8 meters: from €235
Flooring replacement: from €1550
Mattress replacement (including disposal of the old mattress): from €170/item
Cooktop replacement: from €245/item
Bed headboard cleaning: from €70
Mandatory post move-out apartment cleaning: €89
After moving out, the tenant is required to pay a mandatory cleaning fee of €89, or the amount will be deducted from the security deposit before its return. This fee covers deep cleaning services required after move-out that guests cannot reasonably perform themselves (such as removing limescale and grease stains using proper chemicals, cleaning floor drains, etc.). If the apartment requires additional cleaning, extra cleaning will be charged hourly (€40/h).
Oven cleaning: from €45
Floor drain cleaning: from €60
Window cleaning: from €20/window
Unjustified removal of a smoke detector: from €75
Violation of house rules (partying, smoking indoors, etc.): from €75
Packing and moving out tenant belongings after the end of the lease (if the premises were not vacated): from €300
All remaining works will be carried out according to the price list of Scandium Living’s cooperation partner.*
In the event of damage to Scandium Living’s property, the prices stated in the additional services price list will apply. Services not included in the price list will be charged based on a separate quotation.*
If, upon handover of the apartment, damages or the need for additional works are identified, the related costs will be deducted from the security deposit according to the price list or quotation. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be refunded in full in accordance with the agreement.*
