New project from a recognized developer
Scandium Kinnisvara is developing a five-story co-living rental house in Mustamäe near Mustika Centre. The building, which will be located at Laki 24/2, will have 151 one- and two-room studios and a wide range of common areas for residents. A building permit for the building has been issued and work will begin shortly, the builder is Mitt & Perlebach.
Private furnished studios to suit all tastes
Magma Studios comes in three types of rental studios – larger studios with a two-room layout, classic one-room rental studios and compact rental studios specially designed for two people.
All studios coming to Magma House are fully furnished and available to move in immediately. A private bathroom and kitchenette complete with oven, tables and chairs, sofa, wardrobes and of course a comfortable bed.
Modern amenities and general areas
In addition, the house will be equipped with the comforts of a co-living lifestyle – a gym available to residents every day, an entertainment and recreation room, a common area for studying and working, and a separate washing machine room on each floor.
In addition to entertainment and sports facilities, the outdoor area will have a community garden with planters and a greenhouse.
