We know that finding a place to live in a foreign country can be really stressful with all the bureaucracy and contacting different landlords - but not with Scandium Living! We have people living in our apartments from all over the world, and we hope to make it easy for you too! We have digital contracts and all doors have key pads and code access - so even if you arrive in the middle of the night - you can just let yourself in!
We offer a safe and stable living environment in our rental houses, but the greatest value is our neighbors and our friendly rental advisers, who are always there for you when you need help!
The apartment of the Newton Studios house, offering all the comforts and with a large window, creates a light-filled and cozy homely feeling. The affordable studio is equipped with a 140 cm wide bed, which allows accommodation for 1-2 people.

Pets are also welcome at Scandium, but please consider paying a double deposit on the first payment.
Entrance to Newton is coded with a smart lock for each resident, so no need to worry about keys!
WIFI throughout the house, washing machine room with dryers, 24/7 gym, lounge, play table tennis, organize movie or board game nights with neighbors in the lounge, study, work or make video calls in the reading room.
If you don't want to spend time in the common areas, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers, have a barbecue at the barbecue or just enjoy the backyard greenery and birdsong.
Newton House is located a short walk from TalTech University and Technopolis Science Park.
There are public transport stops a few hundred meters away from Newton, from where it is convenient to travel both towards TalTech and the city center.
Rimi and Coop grocery stores are nearby. Crustum Bakery and Leiburi bakery shop are a few minutes' walk away.
EXPENSES and UTILITIES:
One month's rent is 439 eur/month, plus monthly fixed utilities of 75 eur + water and electricity according to your consumption. So, in total, utilities are approx. 100-125 eur/month depending on your personal water and electricity usage, throughout the year.
With signing the contract there are one-time additional expenses:
• deposit equal to one month's rent
• contract fee €199
If you do not want to pay a deposit, we offer the possibility of making a contract through the Casapay platform, in which case you would not have to pay a deposit, but 2.4% of the rent would be added to the monthly rent, As an added bonus, Casapay also offers you home insurance.
Pets are also welcome in the selected apartments, but please consider a double deposit.
