Below is an overview of the most common additional services and their indicative prices. The final cost depends on the scope of work and the condition of the apartment.

Wall filling repairs and full repainting from corner to corner (up to 2 m) from €110
Wall filling repairs and full repainting from corner to corner (up to 4 m) from €140
Wall filling repairs and full repainting from corner to corner (up to 8 m) from €190
Flooring replacement from €1,250
Mattress replacement (including disposal of the old mattress) from €140 / unit
Cooktop replacement from €200 / unit
Headboard cleaning from €60
Deep cleaning of a 1-room apartment from €85
Deep cleaning of a 2-room apartment from €140
Oven cleaning from €40
Drain cleaning from €50
Window cleaning from €17 / window
Unjustified removal of a smoke detector from €75
Violation of house rules (e.g. parties, smoking indoors, etc.) from €75
Packing and relocation of tenant’s belongings upon lease termination (if the premises have not been vacated) from €300
Prices are subject to 24% VAT.*
Other works are carried out based on the price list of Scandium Living’s cooperation partners.* In case of damage to Scandium Living property, the costs will be determined according to this additional services price list. Services not listed will be priced based on a separate quotation.* If, upon handover of the apartment, damages or the need for additional work is identified, the costs will be deducted from the security deposit in accordance with the price list or quotation. If everything is in order, the deposit will be returned in full in accordance with the agreement.
