How does move-in work and when do I receive access information?

Move-in takes place on the lease start date and the apartment handover date. Access to the building and apartment is provided via a smart lock system – you can use a code, a key fob, or an NFC-enabled card. The rental agreement becomes valid once the first payment has been fully received.
