What condition should the apartment be in upon move-out?

The apartment must be returned clean and tidied, in the same condition as at the beginning of the tenancy, taking into account normal wear and tear. The refrigerator and toilet must also be cleaned. A mandatory cleaning fee of €89 applies after move-out. This is paid separately or deducted from the security deposit. The fee covers post-move-out deep cleaning, including removal of limescale, grease stains, and drain cleaning. If the apartment requires additional cleaning or tidying beyond the usual level, an extra charge of €35 per hour will apply based on the time spent.
