When and under what conditions is the security deposit refunded?

If, at the end of the contract, there are no outstanding invoices, damages, or other claims arising from the agreement, the security deposit will be refunded within 35-60 days after the contract ends. The cleaning fee of €89 will be deducted from the deposit, along with any other unpaid amounts or costs related to restoring the apartment or furnishings, if applicable.
