The spacious and light-filled 2-room apartment is the pearl of Magma House! It is suitable for living alone or for two people and is fully furnished:

• Glass partition and sliding door that adds visual space and offers privacy at the same time

• A spacious hall closet and a separate wardrobe - so that everything has its place
• Kitchen with induction hob, fridge, air purifier and if you love to cook - there is also an oven!

• Tehnopol and Taltech IT building - 2.5 km
• Tallinn School of Economics - 600 m
• City center, (Viru center) – 25-30 minutes (buses 9 and 16 etc.)
COSTS:
One month's rent is 575 eur/month, plus monthly fixed utilities of 89 eur + water and electricity according to your consumption. So, in total, utilities are about 100-125 eur/month, throughout the year.
To rent you have to pay:
• rent for the days of the current month from the beginning of the contract to the end of the month,
• deposit 600 eur
• contract fee €89
If you do not want to pay a deposit, we offer the possibility to make a contract through the Casapay platform, in which case you would not have to pay a deposit, but 2.4% of the rent would be added to the monthly rent, i.e. about 14 eur per month.
As an added bonus, Casapay also offers you home insurance.
Pets are also welcome in the selected apartments, but please consider a double deposit.
