We have digital contracts and all doors have key-pads and code access - so even if you arrive in the middle of the night - you can just let yourself in!

APARTMENT: 2-room
The spacious and light-filled 2-room apartment is the pearl of Magma House! It is suitable for living alone or for two people and is fully furnished:

• Glass partition and sliding door, which adds visual space and offers privacy at the same time

ADVANTAGES OF THE HOUSE:
Magma's house is much bigger than just your apartment! You can use all the benefits of the house without booking in advance:

EXPENSES and UTILITIES:
One month's rent is 599 eur/month, plus monthly fixed utilities of 89 eur + water and electricity according to your consumption. So, in total, utilities are approx. 100-125 eur/month depending on your own water and electricity usage, throughout the year.
With signing the contract there are one-time additional expenses:
• deposit 599 eur
• contract fee €299
If you do not want to pay a deposit, we offer the possibility of making a contract through the Casapay platform, in which case you would not have to pay a deposit, but 2.4% of the rent would be added to the monthly rent, i.e. about 14 eur per month. As an added bonus, Casapay also offers you home insurance.
Pets are also welcome in the selected apartments, but please consider a double deposit.
