Your chosen apartment is 21.7 m2 in size and consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The kitchen-living room has a sofa and a kitchen table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette includes cooking equipment, including a cooking top, oven, fridge and a washing machine. The separate bedroom has a comfortable 160x200cm bed and a spacious closet.
We have made the utility bill system simple and transparent. The fixed base fee for utility costs is 70€ / month. Only the fee for your individual water and electricity consumption, and heating cost divided based on apartment squaremeters is added to the base fee.
Upon concluding the contract the following must be paid: this month's rent until the last day of the month, the deposit in the amount of one month's rent and agreement fee of 150€.
Järve 40 houses are located in a quiet area of Järve, away from the big city noise. Within walking distance are Tondi Selver, Järve Keskus, MyFitness and Golden Club. There are also public transport stops and a train stop in the immediate vicinity of the house.
