What are the conditions for terminating the contract?

The contract may be terminated for any reason by giving at least 30 days’ notice to the other party. Exceptionally, the contract may also be terminated by mutual agreement or in the event of a breach of contract (e.g., due to arrears).

In the case of fixed-term lease agreements, it is not possible by law to terminate the agreements ahead of time, but we will meet our tenants in this regard.
