We only ask for the booking fee if we can book the studio for you more than 2 weeks in advance.
The booking fee is 50% of the deposit and you will have to pay another 50% of the deposit upon moving in.
If you pay the booking fee, but in the end do not move in with us, we will not refund the booking fee, because we have kept the apartment for you and turned down other people.
